Pre-Arrangements

Both you and your loved ones can benefit when funeral arrangements are made well in advance of need. By discussing plans in advance, you can take all the time necessary to make the most satisfactory decisions regarding the type of ceremony and burial procedures preferred. A carefully planned funeral service can also be most comforting to your family. It can spare them from facing decisions that can be so difficult at the time of death. And it can give them the lasting peace of mind of knowing they have acted in accordance with your wishes.

Pre-Arrangement is very easy. It is a common-sense approach to making choices and recording your wishes at a time when thinking is clear and emotions aren't unusually high. You can pre-arrange any type of service you desire.

Your plans may be as detailed or as general as you wish. Having the luxury of time, you can consider your desires as well as others'; we can help you create a service that will be uniquely your own. We encourage you to discuss your thoughts and decisions with your family. During this time of planning ahead, you may also find it worthwhile to seek the advice of an attorney, a bank or trust officer, an insurance advisor and your clergyman.

We can show you ways to make your money work much harder for you. With the wide range of funeral funding plans available at Chastain Funeral Home, there is one that is right for everyone, and the earlier you start, the greater the benefits.

But you are not required to have a funding plan or even spend a penny to pre-arrange.

You may list your preferences on this worksheet and submit it to us by email or click here for a printable copy of the form to complete and mail to us. Whichever method you choose, please keep a copy for your own files. We will contact you to confirm receiving it.
