I am so very sorry to hear of Betty's death. She had a heart of gold. While working with her at Mitchell Manor, we shared a lot of laughs and working with her was always enjoyable. She set a great example of what a caregiver should be, and I , as well as my daughter, Hope, who is now an RN learned much about caregiving from her. I always said if state surveyers walked in , Betty was the CNA I wanted by my side. My thoughts and prayers are with you all, Karen Wise

Ron, Kim & Family, I'm sorry for your loss. I have the honor of working with Betty for over twenty years and calling her a friend, I can't tell you how much I respect her. Betty's work ethic was amazing the care she gave and the hours she put in. She made a difference in thousands of lives for the better. She trained and taught through example. I actually tried to lure her away from long term care to take care of mom and couldn't do it! I loved her dry sense of humor and if she disagreed she let you know in no uncertain terms! She was a blessing in my life and thousands of others and what a strong lady! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Twilla

Hi Ron, What a shock and surprise it was when Sam called and said Betty had died. I am so sorry. What a loss. Betty was a fine woman. I remember spending the night at your house a couple of times, and Betty was always nice to me, although I was just a friend to your brother. Take care Ron. Be strong. You will always have the memories. Michael Yaryan

Kim so sorry to read of your mother's passing. You and your Mom took care of my mom Gathelene Pridemore when she was at Mitchell Manor in 2003. What wonderful care the two of you gave her. Cherish Betty's memories for ever. Sue
