MITCHELL – Roy Donald Tincher, 82, passed away at 7:58 a.m. Thursday, August 7, 2014, at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital.
Born October 8, 1931, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Curt and Ivy (Chapman) Tincher. He married Martha Armstrong February 20, 1959.
He retired from Ford-Lincoln Mercury. He was a 1949 graduate of Huron High School, and a member of Bryantsville Church of Christ.
Roy Don was a U. S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Post No. 250.

His parents preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 11, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Brother Ken Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Bryantsville Church of Christ Cemetery with military honors accorded by American Legion Post No. 250 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.
